In collaboration with Skruf Glasbruk, Carina designed a special series of fine stemware, Tjärn (Pool). These were commissioned by the Swedish parliament to be given as a gift to H.M. King Carl XVI Gustaf on his 70th birthday. The series of glasses share the same foot design, while the body of the cups differ slightly in volume and shape. The glass is slightly apple-shaped allowing the liquid to form a low pool. A fine royal insignia is delicately engraved on each piece.
