Polka – Studio Production

The studio productions are ongoing independent projects that are created out of pure inspiration, interest or simply a need to take another look at an everyday object. The result can range from everything from a series of ceramic planter pots, to a concept of glass flacong vessels in various forms with collected vintage stoppers. Some are developed into studio productions while others result in exhibitions, or one-off objects. This independent work allows for an experimentation that can later inform the commercial productions. Above shows Polka, a series of clear glass vessels patterned with black glass inspired by the quick-footed Nordic dance. This series was featured in Inger Molin Gallery, Stockholm.
